Mahopac Repair Café

Bring your broken lamp, small appliance, jewelry, toy, or article of clothing that needs mending for a FREE repair. Visitors are expected to stay, perhaps enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and learn about repairs with the help of an expert Repair Coach.
Repair Cafés are run by Sustainable Putnam volunteers who enjoy fixing things and helping others to learn how to make repairs themselves. You’ll be checked in at the reception table as you enter the Middle School Cafeteria and directed to the appropriate Repair Coach.
Reservations are recommended, but not required.

There is no charge for a repair. Donations to cover our expenses will be gratefully accepted.
